The biggest challenge was the budget available to us. Essentially NJIN Agency had to penetrate a market (digitally dominated by competitors) with a fraction of the budget these same competitors were working with.
The second challenge related to leads (increasing conversions and decreasing cost) – the holy grail of all digital marketing.
• The reduction in campaign cost per click essentially allowed NJIN Agency to significantly stretch the available budget.
• Click Through Rate (CTR) percentage also increased across the board, including competitor terms.
• The impact on business has been substantial, both in volume of new business signed and overall “deal value” per client.
